Impetus: ˈ/impədəs/ (n) – The force or energy with which a body moves.

Brandon’s personal mission is to learn and grow everyday by seeking and speaking the truth and partnering with those that look to learn and grow.

What Brandon’s clients receive is a knowledgeable and experienced champion for their cause. After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, where he learned to stretch the common definitions of terms like difficult and impossible. Brandon started as a Personal Trainer in 2001 and worked in a few of the big box gym chains before branching out. Since then, he has coached over 15,000 clients and athletes, mentored over 100 other fitness professionals and consulted with businesses small and large to incorporate a fitness program that meets their needs. Brandon’s clients have achieved results in virtual, face-to-face, partner, and group training formats. Throughout it all, he has forged a vision of growth with the prime directive that success must be built upon a foundation of personal health and wellness.

Brandon continually and earnestly seeks new information to challenge common conventions and encourages his clients to do the same. He refuses complacency in routine and spurns loyalty to any program, except the best program – the one that achieves the desired results. Brandon will acknowledge the value in certifications and accreditations (he personally adds 2-3 certs each year), but he adopts a Student of Life philosophy and confesses, “I’ve learned as much from my clients and business partners as I’ve taught them. I’ve also been very lucky to have had quality mentors throughout my life and career. I want to give some of that back. That’s why I’ve founded BMF.”

To be clear, Brandon will not fix anything. He wants partners in a goal with the same determination and focus that he brings. He wants to help guide you closer to your ideal. In his own words: “I am a Fitness Consultant by profession. This is not something I do on the side. I hope to steer you away from the shell game of fitness fads that has led to the current state of health and fitness. I want you learn that living a healthy life truly is the easier path. I offer motivation, key concepts on enhancing quality of life, and well-designed exercise programs – with the science to back them up.”
